Delivery Timelines

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi, by courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

  • All the orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 2-3 business days in metro cities and 5-7 business days in non-metro cities. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
  • Order deliveries will be made between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Saturday, Excluding public holidays.
  • All orders require a signature upon receipt at the time of delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour etc. Nature Aroma takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • For domestic order: We ship products throughout India and all orders of INR 500 and above for free domestic shipping. However there is flat shipping charges of INR 50. If your order value is less than INR 500.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery due to the recent pandemic.
  • We do not ship internationally.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer care on the day of delivery through an email at care@naturearoma.in or you can WhatsApp us on +91-7700087540.

RETURN & REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nature Aroma, we hope that you never have to cancel or return a product, but at the same time, we want you to ensure your complete satisfaction. So, we will happily accept returns in accordance with the following return policy to take care of your hassles.

Opened, damaged or used products cannot be exchange or return, once sold or delivered.

Nature Aroma cannot offer exchange or refunds for any damage caused after delivery.

We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our webpage. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit or quality issue or any other problem. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of order, customer care will be happy to assist you.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.

When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If any damage occurred, please retain the box, the packaging material and the items inside and contact us immediately.

Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you after deducting a processing fee of your bill value and the balance will refunded to cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument.

REFUND POLICY

Exchange/ Refund will be accepted only if the product are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact with their packaging, including the box and all other items originally included with the product delivered in an undamaged condition.

Please note that all return/exchanges request will be initiated only after reviewing/vetting the product by Nature Aroma.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nature Aroma, any order can be partially or fully cancelled by you within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond a period of 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.

In case, you wish to cancel your order within the timeline, get in touch with our customer care team either through mail or telephone. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you after deducting a processing fee of your bill value and the balance will refunded to cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument.
